The online registration closes once the slots are filled. There will be more PODS dates coming soon with information on registration. We are working with state and local partners to address vaccine supply limitations and we are working to address any issues with registration systems.
The appointment time would be scheduled at the same time as registration by the person that is registering for the PODS. If you have not received an email confirming your scheduled time, you will need to contact public health for assistance. Only those who successfully registered for vaccination can schedule their appointment at this time. We do not have the date for mass vaccination of the general public as yet. We are however conducting our first mass vaccination point of distribution that will include persons that are 64-74 years of age with chronic health conditions that put them at increased risk for severe illness and death from COVID-19 on January 29, 2021. We recommend that, particularly our vulnerable populations, limit exposure through businesses that are not compliant with the masking and social distancing mandate in California. If you must patronize these businesses out of necessity some things to consider could be curb side pick-up.
