The CalFresh Program (federally known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP) provides monthly food benefits to assist low-income households in purchasing the foods they need to remain healthy. The amount of benefits received is dependent on family size, countable income, and monthly expenses such as housing and utilities.

- Meet resource guidelines
- Citizen or legal resident
- Meet work requirements
Covered Services:
- Purchase foods for human consumption
- Purchase food producing seeds and plants to grow for household use
