REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
The Trinity County Department of Transportation (DOT) seeks to retain qualified firms to provide the following services: Airport Planning Services to update the Ruth Airport Layout Plan and to develop the Trinity Center Airport Master Plan.
The deadline for proposal submittal is 5:00 PM on June 7th, 2018.
Trinity County Department of Transportation will accept submittals from qualified firms to provide the required services, and intends to enter into two separate contracts for each project respectively. The contracts shall not be awarded to a consultant without an adequate financial management and accounting system as required by 48 CFR Part 16.301-3, 49 CFR Part 18, and 48 CFR Part 31.
No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)].
No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project (awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.
This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
