Child Protective Services takes reports of suspected child abuse and neglect for all children living in Trinity County. Reports can be made by Mandated Reporters and community members to the Child Abuse Hotline at 530-623-1314 24-hours a day. Please use discretion by making non-emergent reports during regular Business hours whenever possible.

What is the IHSS Public Authority Registry?
The Trinity County Public Authority Provider Registry helps to link In-Home Supportive Services Providers with Recipients. HHS staff maintain a list (Registry) of care providers who are approved to provide care and screen, enroll, and train IHSS care providers.
Who Can Use the Registry?
Anyone eligible for In-Home Supportive Services in Trinity County can use the registry to find a care provider. HHS staff will provide a list of approved care providers in your area.
