COVID-19 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES NOTICE
HOURS OF OPERATION
The Behavioral Health Department remains open Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
To schedule an Appointment, call (530) 623-1362.
Behavioral Health Services are available by Telephone or Teleheath. Persons needing access to a computer for Telehealth appointments may come to the Weaverville or Hayfork clinics at their appointment time and a worker will be available for assistance in connecting with their provider. Protective masks are required. If you do not have a mask, you will be provided with one. If you have a medical condition that exempts you from the mask requirement, please inform the receptionist when you arrive.

The Behavioral Health Crisis Team is available to assist in crisis management 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All regular Behavioral Health services remain available by appointment (with the exception of group treatment) and will be provided by Telephone or Telehealth (via computer.)
MEDICATION SERVICES (530) 623-1362
The Behavioral Health Department has established Telemedicine Stations at the Weaverville and Hayfork Clinics, and Medication Support/Psychiastrist appointments remain available via Telemedicine and by Telephone. Behavioral staff are available at both locations to provide assistance to connect with providers via Behavioral Health Telehealth computers.
